The bank is a member of the Deposit Guarantee Fund and is licensed by the National Bank of Ukraine. The head office is located in Odesa and the branch network covers more than 20 cities of Ukraine.

Start of work

In 2019, we started working with MTB Bank (formerly MARFIN Bank), which has branches almost all over Ukraine.

At the time of the start of work, the website was collecting about 15,000 sessions per month, but it hadn't grown for several years, despite the fact that all this time we had been working with the most famous agency in Ukraine.

The marketing department had a hard time finding a team that could work effectively in certain conditions.

First, there are many legal and marketing restrictions: any texts on the website have to go through many levels of approval (according to the rules of the NBU, supervisory boards, and various government agencies and laws on banking). Therefore, the marketing department was not satisfied with the large volumes of SEO texts that other agencies usually offered to write, and a compromise had to be found on the content.

Secondly, the site is large and complex, and implementing changes to it required a large number of approvals and the involvement of specialists from several departments at once, which required a delicate approach to the entire technical optimization process. There was no room for error and no time to waste.

Despite all the intricacies of organizing the workflow, we managed to increase organic traffic by almost 150%: from 15167 sessions in June 2019 to 37087 in February 2021.
