Start of work

In April 2023, we resumed our cooperation with FOODEX, a company that specializes in the delivery of healthy and balanced diets. The cooperation started before February 24, 2022, but the well-known events changed all plans. When we resumed work in April 2023, we immediately started updating the strategy and promotion plan. By that time, organic traffic had already fully recovered after the upheaval in 2022 and amounted to about 4,600 users per month (the rapid growth of traffic at the beginning of the graph is due to the installation of Google Analytics 4).

    Approval of the updated strategy included the development of a completely new website, as the current one could not implement most of the necessary functionality, and its design was already considered outdated for a company with market leader ambitions. However, while the development of the new site was just beginning, it was necessary to work with the current site for some time and try to approach the release with the most positive dynamics.

    We started with a technical audit and fixing critical errors on the current website.

    After preparing everything necessary for the correct release, we transferred the new site to the main domain without suffering any losses, but on the contrary, began to grow steadily in terms of organic traffic. This was the main goal of the website update - to improve its quality in general.

    We also started working more actively with the blog on the new site, publishing a lot of expert material. We are gradually working on the YMYL and E-A-T factors, which are very important for Google in this area.

Promotion results

By taking a risk and resuming operations during the war, the company, which was already the market leader in organic traffic in Kyiv, managed to increase traffic almost 3 times in less than 2 years: from 4,591 in April 2023 to 13,481 users in March 2025.

At the same time, there is still significant potential for further growth, so the work continues, and this may not be the last case study of this project, which we are very proud of!
