Start of work

Our acquaintance with the project began back in 2016 under the banner of another well-known Ukrainian agency, when the first version of the site had just been launched. At that time, some work was done and the first results were achieved. Later, the owner turned to our newly created agency with several clear tasks and goals.
Change the main version of the website from Russian to Ukrainian.Within 2 months, implement a complete redesign in line with the company's rebranding.Become a leader in non-branded organic traffic in Ukraine.

    We started, of course, with a technical audit and fixing all the errors on the website.

    At the same time, we conducted a detailed analysis of competitors' websites and collected the most complete and up-to-date semantic core for all 38 cities in which the company operates. This gave us a lot of useful information for further expansion of the structure.

    At that time, the company completed its rebranding, and there was a need to update the website design.The client wanted to immediately change the main language version and expand the structure. But we advised them to implement these changes gradually to reduce the risks from search engines. Thanks to this, the redesign was carried out without losing traffic.

    Then we started expanding the structure. The main growth point is separate pages for different modern taxi services. In each major city, we have identified up to 17 such services. By implementing these pages, we have significantly increased the site structure — 38 cities, each with 10-17 landing pages, multiplied by several language versions.

    Gradually, we added important elements to the landing pages: prices, tables, photos, texts, micro-markup, etc.

    We regularly updated the blog — 2 articles per month. The topics are specific, so we focused on quality rather than quantity.

Promotion results

From 2016 to 2021, despite several significant pauses in promotion, we managed to increase the site's organic traffic from zero to 47,137 sessions per month.
At first, it was a small website with 5 pages and no traffic. Over time, we have done a lot of work: implemented several redesigns, changed the language version, significantly expanded the structure, worked on reputation, and implemented many other improvements.

As of 2020-2021, we have become leaders in non-branded organic traffic in the taxi niche across Ukraine. Although some well-known companies have higher overall organic performance, more than 90% of their traffic is branded. In our case, on the contrary, commercial thematic traffic significantly prevails.
Thanks to this, the client received almost 10% of all organic traffic in the topic and achieved a significant increase in mobile app installations and calls to a short number. This marketing channel has become the most profitable and strategically important for the company for years to come.
This case study demonstrates how systematic SEO work — from technical audit to structure expansion and content optimization — can ensure steady growth in traffic and business results even in such a highly competitive niche.
